At Oaks By Star Textile, customer satisfaction is paramount. For general returns or exchanges (such as sizing issues or change of mind), items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
However, in the case of a manufacturing defect in the product(s), customers are eligible to exchange the article within 30 days of delivery. In all instances, products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with the original price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
Please note that we strictly cannot accept any product(s) for return or exchange where the proper care instructions have not been followed, leading to damage. We offer two convenient options for returns and exchanges.
Courier Shipment to Head Office.

Customers may ship the parcel back to our Head Office using a reliable courier service. If the item is returned due to our error (i.e., it is defective or the wrong item was dispatched), Oaks By Star Textile will bear the full shipping charges (reimbursed upon inspection). If the parcel is being returned for a non-defective reason or a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for paying the full shipping amount.
Visit Our Exclusive Outlets. Customers can alternatively visit any official Oaks By Star Textile retail outlet to drop off their parcel for an exchange. Our staff will inspect the item immediately, and you may pick up another article in exchange. If the new article is priced higher than the returned item, the customer must pay the price difference.
For exchanges, once the returned article is inspected, we will ship the new item directly to the customer's doorstep. If the original return was due to a manufacturing defect or wrong dispatch (our error), the company will bear all subsequent shipping amounts for the exchange delivery. If the exchange is due to a change of mind or other reasons (customer's choice), the customer will bear the shipping charges for the exchange delivery. In all exchanges, if the new article selected has a price difference, the customer is responsible for paying that difference.
